COnsulting For Runners

You’ve rested. You’ve seen other providers. You’ve tried the exercises, changed the shoes, maybe even stopped running altogether. But the pain is still there or worse, the uncertainty. Something’s off, and no one has given you a clear answer.
This is where I come in.
I work with runners and high performers. Collegiate and professional athletes, CEOs, founders, and driven professionals who are used to pushing hard and showing up, in sport and in life. For people like you, running isn’t just exercise. It’s structure. It’s identity. It’s your reset button. And when that’s disrupted, it affects everything.
Whether you’re recovering from injury, feeling like your body isn’t keeping up, or simply want to understand what’s holding you back, I look at the full picture: biomechanics, training load, injury history, movement patterns, stress, recovery, and identity. My process is rooted in expertise, but centered on you.
If you’re ready to stop guessing and start getting real answers, I’d love to help. Let’s figure this out—together.
Injury, Return to Running, Unresolved injury / Performance issues

Private Consulting with Dr. Kate Mihevc Edwards PT, DPT, OCS
When running is part of who you are, an injury or setback isn't just physical it affects your identity, your clarity, your stress management, and your confidence. You’ve likely been to multiple providers, followed protocols, and gathered pieces of the puzzle but still don’t have a complete picture.
My consulting work is designed for high performers: runners, student-athletes, founders, professionals, and leaders who need more than general advice. They need someone who sees the whole picture, asks the right questions, and builds a plan that makes sense for their body, their life, and their goals.
This is in-depth, collaborative work. It’s for people who are ready to dig in and finally understand what’s holding them back.
