Running Gait&Form

There is no "perfect" running form. Every runner has their own running style and gait. Even some of the fastest runners in the world look like baby deer when they run. However, there are a few common things that we can pay attention to that will improve our running form and efficiency, especially if you an an injury prone runner. I work with my athletes on running form drills, strength, plyometrics and more to help them improve thier running form.

If this isn't enough information for you feel free to go to the RUNsource app, where we have running drills, exercises and more information about form.  Or you can come see us at the clinic for a run gait analysis or schedule a consult with me.
