Meditation is a great way to down regulate your nervous system. In the fast-paced world we live in today our entire system is constantly up-regulated or "on." The more we are on our phones, computers and working the more stress hormones are released into the body - breaking it down and causing harm. 

I think of meditation as my your secret weapon. It is the best way to tap into every aspect of your mental, emotional and physical health. Our nervous system is involved in everything we do from how we walk to how we talk and even breath. Meditation and breath together can improve our mental clarity, decrease stress, lower blood pressure and heart rate, improve creativity and so much more.
